IIRC, you have to do the lice chat through Ebay.com. Ebay.co.uk didnt
feature it, and .fr may not either.
Ill double check.
Yup, on .com theres a Live Help button, top right corner, which isnt
on the .co.uk and .fr sites. Its next to the Site Map link.
Be warned you often (maybe always) find yourself talking to a bot. If it
starts getting very complicated, I believe it switches to a hume, if you
keep at it long enopugh. Ive use dit once, and I got what I wanted.
