Bloody Sunday evenings. Sense & Sensibility )preceded by some Victorian
crap).

Am I alone in thinking all these sodding things are the same?

You have the Standard BBC Yokel Accent for the Peasantry. Arr, well,
they moight say thart, they moight...

The Standard BBC Ladies Accent for the Gentry: Way, Ay doo declare,
you do forget yourself, my lord...

And its all the fucking same. Low cut dresses, heaving bosoms (not in
themselves a bad thing), dark looks from geezers with improbably
overgrown sideburns, and *nothing bloody happens*.

Yes, thats why Im posting this, because the two wimmin in my household
are glued to S&S and the other blerk has gone back to his nest in his
bedroom with his computers. Bah.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember totallydeadmailbox@yahoo.co.uk (The
Older Gentleman) saying something like:

>Bloody Sunday evenings. Sense & Sensibility )preceded by some Victorian
>crap).

You had it easy. I had to sit through that other Victorian dungheap that
preceded S&S. And that pile of steaming cack that preceded that a few
weeks ago, what was it... Cameldung or somesuch.

Makes the day a little brighter
Keep your cakes and fancy tarts
And stick them up your shiter.

ITV3+1 has Jeeves and Wooster just started. That is a different set of
stereotypical accents which you may find more amusing.

Nope.

Still, you could always watch the scantily clad burds in Dancing On
Ice...

Maybe self-improvement isnt the answer....
Maybe self-destruction is the answer.

watching the TV adaptation.

Dont forget the ones where they get them out in the interests of serious
drama , but its really an excuse for teenagers and middle aged married men
to have a perv.
