Yeah, I bought a Mac[1].

I like Grabit for leeching binaries of Usenet. Whats the Mac equivalent?

[1] ...they made more useful applications for the mac.

It was the leeching binaries of usenet bit that confused me.

Never heard of Grabit, but I use Unison as the general usenet reader.
Does a good job with binaries as well.

There was a missing f.

Macs do seem to be crap for news readers though. Ive tried loads
today and they all seem to have something mssing.

Basically, I want Agent on a Mac. Closest so far is Pineapple
assuming its threading works properly. Couldnt get on with MacSOUP,
Hogwasher or MT-Newswatcher.

I think I might actually try Agent under Crossover Desktop.
