What about using one of these as the starting point for a bike lift?

PS: Coz youre a nice chap, I should have mentioned; IIRC lift tables
are tested to a lift tolerance of twice their stated maximum; just coz
chummys lifted 190 Kg with it doesnt mean too much.

Look at it this way; you put your gixer on it, bung some tools on, lean
on it and all of a sudden ... wallop.

Bike lifts arent *that* expensive. Get something designed for the job.
