Was that before or after you posted a link on your website (http://
www.asb-comm-logicx.net/) stating This person has been badley abusing
the Usenet. To put a stop to it, click here.? The link,
http://tinyurl.com/2jyfxl, takes one to a page where one can lodge a
complaint about one particular posting which was somewhat unpleasant
but was not, by any means, particularly remarkable by Usenet
standards.

IANAL, but I rather doubt that would even begin to cover the initial
court fees let alone pay for even the most desperate brief.

Some else has cast doubt on whether or not you even have a cause of
action.

I will not comment on that, but would suggest that if you ever get a
lawyer interested in your case - and I rather doubt you will - you
might care to have him or her explain to you (and, if needs be,
explain repeatedly until you fully understand) what is meant by going
to court with clean hands.

Yeuch, what a truly horrible web site. I havent seen anything like it
since the very early days of the web, and even then nothing this bad.

The website in question has been viewed by 3,000 people and guess who
its campaigning against?

Its also being advertised in Jamaica (I think most of the population
would be offended by the n-word).
