Im trying to sort out some vitamin bombs for a mate whos going to
attempt to get off heroin. From what I can find out, the important ones
are C, B complex, Niacin, Calcium & Magnesium. The question is though -
how much of each?

I know you can get high-dose C at 500mg, which is about 830% RDA, but
Im guessing its not as simple as using the same % increase for all
the others. Anyone got any advice?

This might not be the grand idea it sounds like.
Some vitamins are quite toxic in too high a dose.
(It was excess vitamin A in dog livers that probably did for Scott of the
anti-Artic).

I suppose if anyones going to have even a half way informed view you
might find them at one of the drug support centres ... But Id canvass a
few because whilst theres some real stars working there theres a fair
scattering of absolute loons too (all zeal, tenuous grasp of scientific
validity) : (
