This stinks!

I went to order some bits from mandp.co.uk, I fill in my details etc etc
then go look at the terms and conditions. Under the privacy bit it says
something like you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of our
privacy policy and thats all. I cannot find any privacy policy on there.

Does this mean Im going to get spammed to hell and back?

Mal.

On the Contact Us page, there is a sidebar which states:

Privacy.
M & P utilise the very latest secure server technologies to enure that
all personal data is protected.
We never make your details available to companies outside of M & P.
However, our representatives may hold your data so we can respond to your
enquiry.
Telephone calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and
staff development purposes.

This looks a little like a privacy policy to me. If you want more, why not
fill out the enquiry form (using a disposable email address if necessary)
and ask them for more details.
