A friend wants to add some FLV or similar easy play files to
autoplay on her web site. She is starting off with huge (80Mb) MOV
files that she needs to trim down to suitable size (5Mb or less).

The problem is that she has tried umpteen conversion utilities and is
a bit stuck how to proceed from here. Also, having paid for a few she
is reluctant to splash out on anything else that doesnt work.

So, what does the FOAK advise?
