Ive got a right grump on. I wanted to respond to a post here with a
url to an old post that I made five years ago. It took a bit of
memory searching and keyword juggling, but I eventually found the
thread I was looking for - only to find that the post I was looking
for isnt there.

The rest of the thread appears to be intact, but the only remnants of
my post are those quoted in replies. I recall Bear mentioning some
time ago that google had stripped out a lot of older, longer posts
from their archive, and so it has come to pass. Im pissed right orf,
let me tell you.

So, the question is - is there another usenet archive that goes back
to 2001 and that might be more complete?
