The Millennium Gloucester Kensington. When did hotels forget that they
were a service industry? I thought Id have a complain so I went to
their corporate website. When I eventually found a feedback form it
launches in a new window, You can complete the form but you then
discover there is no submit button, all you can do is close the window
and chuck your comments away. I suppose that says it all.

Its a bed factory.

Discounted weekend business is not regarded the same as corporate. [1]

They dont give a shit given current London occupancy rates.

Out of interest what did they do to upset you?

It is good, except that a lot of companies hype their own products on
it.

We were staying the night after our firms D&D The bar pianist was good.

It was a combination of a the scones with raw centres, the cold cooked
breakfast and the fact that our non-smoking room stunk of smoke and
the way they turn the air-con off in the middle of the night when they
think you wont notice.

Its certainly useful. Its interesting to see what they say about places
you know well, for one thing. It helped me find what looks like a superb
hotel in Lisbon: Art Deco, refurbished, small.
