Can anyone remember what the 2006 ferry cost for a bike and rider as a
guide to the 2007 cost, or have an idea of what it is going to be.

I hate the TT ferry bollocks so much Im assessing taking a bike over a
week before the TT and back a week after, leaving it there and flying
in/out for the race period. The ferry is cheaper and it balances well
enough.

Is there anywhere decent to leave one or two bikes over the week at
either end though? could they live in the scout hut garage, or is there
a poster or lurker in the vicinity.

Come to think of it the airport car park is possibly as good as
anywhere? I rode in/out without incurring charges last time around.

The ferry is some Ł78 return from Belfast out of TT season. The flights
are about the same return booked in advance. Ł230ish. Its seriously
worth considering folks if you are handy for an airport with IOM
flights.

Factor in a day of your time ferrying bikes, and I suspect the price
will look less reasonable.
