I had some spicy snails here http://www.goldenpagesmed.com/malta/3205
SWMBO & I called in for a meal but were by Maltese standards to early
in the evening. The owner decided wed make ideal guinea pigs to try
his new recipe to kill some time before our meal. I liked them but
have no idea if that recipe made it onto the menu.

Hmmmmm ... garlic butter with chilli might work ...
