They did?

I suppose that being a faily amateurish site it doesnt prevent multiple
votes from a single ip address.

We are also considering other anti-vote-spamming measures, but in answer
to the obvious question: we do not want to limit votes to one per IP
address, as that would lock out internet cafes and with them a large
portion of the online world.

Ah, fair enough.

Not that it matters much now that weve got four more years. Prolly a few
internet cafes in Faluja getting shut down due to lack of premises today
anyway.
